She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Anderson and Helen Evans Anderson; the father of her children Bill Walker; and her husband Wendell Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Kim Smith (Randey) and Steve Walker (Tammy Adkins); her grandchildren, Tara Fenwick, Nick Smith and Alicia Walker; her great grandchild Landon Witham; her sister Cindy Anderson; her nephews, Todd Breyfogle (Jill) and David Breyfogle (Beth); her brother-in-law Joseph "Joe" Johnston (Sue); and her niece Katie Woolum.
