She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Dzurko; her children, Michael A. Dzurko (Sherry) and Michelle Cavallaro (Steve Hritz); her grandchildren, Madeline Fackelman (Eric) and Morgan Zagal (Alan); her great grandchild Eric Michael Fackelman; and her sister Mary Lou Johnston. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
