He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen H. Kettering and Grace Heinbuch (Kettering); his wife Mildred Kettering (Lewis); his son David Dale Kettering; and his brother Gene C. Kettering.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane; his children-in-law, Howard Johnson and Deborah Kettering; his grandchildren, Kyle Johnson, Kristofer Johnson, Kristen Goff and Kimberly Lines; his great grandchild Levi David Lines; his sister-in-law Linda Kettering; and his nephews, Dr. Todd Kettering D. O. and Greg Kettering.
