He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Franklin and Mildred Franklin (Kiser); and his son Tad Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Franklin (Kelly) of Jackson; his daughter Mendy Saunders; his son-in-law Mitch Saunders of Jackson; his grandchildren, Tristan, Braxton, Kellan, Gary and Aeiron; his sisters, Sondra Sheward of Marysville, Starla Jones of Marysville and Teresa Miller of Patriot, Ohio.; his grandfather Paisley; and his cousin Dickie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, numerous amounts of cousins and friends.
