He is survived by: his wife Susie Washam (Hankey); his sons, Morgan Washam and DJ Washam; his stepsons, Caleb Fields (Amanda) and Corey Fields; his grandchildren, Willow, Meadow Washam, Milo Staats-Washam and Andrew Fields; his sister Jan Ellen Smith (Rick); his nieces, Emily Ochsenbein (Justin) and Kelly Smith (Wes); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Julian Ochsenbein, Knox Smith, Quinn Ochsenbein and Harlow Smith; his daughter-in-law Kelly Sprague Washam; his siblings-in-law, Sally Jenkins Fields and Don Jenkins; and his pets, Jack and Colby.
