He is survived by: his mother Myrtle Thacker Lewis; his spouse Penney Downey; his children, Danika Riegel, Tara Fisher, Shannon Pennington (Corey), Shane Lewis (Stephanie) and Shawn Lewis (Sarah); his siblings, Agnes Runyon (Dave), Phyllis Coleman (Ed), Tim Lewis (Cathy), Eddie Lewis, Dean Lewis (Linda), Arlene Lewis and Darlene Hunt (Michael); and his niece Missy.
