It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dody Inez Deardurff of Jackson, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Goodman and Pat Goodman; her husband Everett "Gene" Deardurff; her sisters, Sue Goodman and Amanda Williams; and her nephew Danny Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Dustin Deardurff and Angela Fillinger (Anthony); her siblings, John, Lew Goodman and Roberta Pass; and her grandchildren, Mieke Lucas and Mariah Fillinger. She is also survived by numerous adopted children, and several nieces and nephews.
