He was predeceased by : his parents, James Pond and Kathryn Pond (Carlisle). He is survived by : his wife Jill Hipkins-Pond; his children, Donald Pond, Jr. (Kelly), David Pond (Jennifer), Michael and Abigail Ilijevski (Johnny); his brother Robert Pond (Betty); and his grandchildren, Kathryn Pond, Alex Pond and Anna Pond.
