She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby E. Webb and Berlie Baisden Webb; her granddaughter Shelley Rowe; and her siblings, Shelby Webb, Jr., Archie Webb, Gerald Webb, Eugene Webb, Annabelle Sowards, Thelma Eanes, Carol Baker and Hazel Scott.
She is survived by: her husband Otis Sowers; her children, Vicki Ousley of Wellston, Shirley Stewart of Jackson and Mark Sowers (Tracey) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Amy Mullins, April Stewart, Jacenta Collins, Kristi Gibson and Timmy Sowers; and her stepgrandchildren, Brandi Searles, Cody Ray and Haley Butts. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Donna's memory be given to a favorite charity of one's choice.
