She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leach and Helen Leach; her sons, Barry Dean, Daryl Wayne and Mark Lewis; her son-in-law Mark McCullough (Jim Fortune); and her siblings, Jerry Leach, Jimmy Leach, Betty Jean Morgan, Norma Riegel, Rose Copley, Sharon Saunders, Vicky Baxter and Karen Humphreys.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Terry (Betsy), Melody Mullins (Bob), Sandy Workman (David) and Trish McCullough; her daughter-in-law Kathy Terry; her grandchildren, Danyelle Speakman (Tony), Angie Talbert (Dan), Justin Fortune, Clifton Fortune (Kayleigh), Theodore Terry (Vicky), Stacy Fellure (Travis) and Stephanie Maynard (Chris); and her siblings, Errol Leach, Ricky Leach, Janet Fannin, Pat Rhea, Nancy Marks and Kathy Greer. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
