He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dulaney; his children, Earl (Joeleen), Lana (Monty) and John (Katrina); his grandchildren, James (Deb), Brian (Alyssa), Nathan (Nina), Matthew (Sherry), Olivia (Connor), Addison (Shawn), Aalyiah, Lydia, Illyana, Sofia and Camron; his great grandchildren, Jade, Ryder, Mark, Sheldon and Anthony; his siblings, Jerry (Elsie), Noah, Juanita and Libby; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Slavens.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
