It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edith Patricia Swing of Jackson, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Schaefer and Mary Schaefer (Verkamp); and her siblings, Stanley, Shirley, Ruth, Mary Alice and Jerry.

She is survived by : her husband Patrick "Pat" Swing; her son Michael Swing (Deanna); and her grandson Ian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jackson Humane Society, P.O. Box 1, Jackson, OH 45640.
