We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2024, at the age of 70, Edwin A. Hissa M. D. II of Jackson, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin and Joan; and his brother Mark Hissa. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Woolman Hissa; his siblings, Ann Humphrey (Mike), Alisa Humphrey (Guy), Michael Hissa and Mathew Hissa (Jennifer); his children, Erin Cunningham (Jason), Edwin Hissa (Jordan) and Julia Hissa (Chris Ilacqua); and his stepchildren, Thomas Enerva, Samuel Enerva and Joseph Enerva. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many, many nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burr Funeral Home (116 South St, Chardon, OH 44024). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Helen Catholic Church (12060 Kinsman Rd, Newbury, OH 44065). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at the Welton Cemetery (13970 Goodwin St, Burton, OH 44021).
