It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Canter of Jackson, Ohio, born in Oak Hill, Ohio, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward B. Canter and Eliza J. Kelly Canter; and her daughter Alethea. She is survived by: her children, Larry D. Rafferty, Jr. and Esther E. Rafferty. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
