She was predeceased by: her parents, George Swindler and Zelma Hazel Shockley Swindler. She is survived by: her children, Donna Halley and Blaine Halley (Kelly); her granddaughter Ellyson Halley; and her siblings, Betty Payne (Ronnie), Ruth Adkins, Nancy Dick, Carol Cox, Tommy Swindler and Sheila McLemore (Jason). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home (810 2nd Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
