It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Franklin Wright of Jackson, Ohio, born in Man, West Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Wright and Florence Wright; his wife Mary Jane Wright; and his brothers, Earl, Sam, Ernest, Denver and Milton.
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Wright (Brenda), Anthony Wright and Gwendolyn Porter; his grandchildren, April Porter, Willie Porter (Tanya), Annie Wright, Tammy Lambert, Calvin Wright, Jr., Chris Wright (Susan), Brian Hunt (Marie) and Scott Hunt (Brietta); and his sister Thelma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
