He is survived by: his children, Fred Zupp III (Jackie) of Ray, Ohio and Robin Scaggs (Tom) of Jackson, Ohio; his grandchildren, Thomas Scaggs (Corey) of Jackson, Taylor Fulton (Bradley) of Ray and Kaitalyn Waddle (Shawn) of Waverly, Ohio.; his great grandchildren, Carter, Marleigh, Taylor, Daisy and Griffin; and his close friend Valerie Downard.
