He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight A. Tilley, Sr. and Harriett V. Poe Tilley; his daughter Sabrena Denny; his brother Sherman "Wyane" Tilley; his mother-in-law Betty Canter; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Tilley and Larry Arthur.
He is survived by: his wife Martha L. Buckley Tilley; his daughter Tina Peoples (Kenneth "Lee"); his grandchildren, Skyler, Hannah Peoples, Syeira and Mark "AJ" Denny; his son-in-law Mark "Tony" Denny; his siblings, Dwight Tilley, Jr., Deborah Arthur (James), Dianna Vititoe (Joe), Brenda Miller, Steven Tilley (Lori) and Howard Tilley; his sister-in-law Noma Tilley; and his pets, Max, Gizzy and Rosie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, and his church family.
