He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Ray Jarvis and Carolyn Sue Sorrell Jarvis; his wife Janet Jarvis; and his niece Leanna Maxwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Allen "Chuck" McNeely (June) and Michelle "Missy" Jarvis; his nephew Roger McNeely (Gabby); and his niece Kelsey Maxwell. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request's contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.
