He is survived by: his wife Freda Ramsey; his children, Connie LeMaster (Jeremy) and Colonel Craig Lowery (Alicia); his grandchildren, Zachary Lemaster, Jared Lemaster (Cheirstynn), Logan, Landon Lowery, Hayden Kerns-Lowery and Ellie Grace Lowery; and his great grandchildren, Kemper Lemaster and Barrett Kerns.
