He is survived by: his wife Barbara "McGinnis" Howell; his sons, William "Joe" Howell Sr. (Peggy) and Bryan Howell Sr. (Brenda) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Leium Howell, Billy, David of Anthony, BJ, Justin Howell, James, Shawn and Matthew Norman; his great great grandchild Delilah; his close friend Walter Smith of Indiana; and his pet Borkie. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the same location.
