Ivan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ivan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrew Marquis and Goldie Marie Sorrell Marquis; his wife Betty Marie Marquis; and his brothers, John Marquis, James Marquis and Gilbert Marquis.
He is survived by: his son Michael S. Marquis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). The military honors will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Ridgewood Cemetery (8 Massachusetts Ave, Wellston, OH 45692).
