He is survived by: his son Huntter Cruse of Wellston, Ohio; his sister Brenda Stiltner of Wellston, Ohio; and his nephews, Joshua Stiltner of Wellston and Jeffery Stiltner of Jackson, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
