It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Chu-Chai Fu of Jackson, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tingliang Fu and Yuzheng Fu (Nie); and his siblings, Nanhui Fu, Chunhui Fu, Nanzheng Fu and Zhengjie Fu.

He is survived by: his wife Ming Ming Fu (Hu); his son John Fu; his daughter-in-law Wenxia Zhu; his granddaughter Stephanie Fu; and his sister Quanjie Fu.
