He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fisher and Mary Fisher of Oak Hill; and his sister Melinda Howell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Michelle Fisher, Lisa Fisher of Jackosn, OH. and Chrystal Jackson (Anjo) of Florida; and his sister Sue Fulk of Oak Hill, OH.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Savageville Community Church (539 Spencer Rd, Ray, OH 45672).
