He was predeceased by: his parents, Squire West and Stella West (Hughes); his son James Richard West; and his brother William W. West. He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae West; and his daughters, Winona Byorth and Janet Childers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as his nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
