He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas McKinnon and Helen McKinnon (Quenney); his brother Douglas McKinnon; and his brother-in-law Richard Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McKinnon (Wolf); his sons, James McKinnon (Rhonda) and Thomas McKinnon (Mandy); his grandsons, James, Carter and Jefferson; and his sister-in-law Jan Wolf.
