She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Smith (Nutter) and Arthur Smith; her husband Lon L. Hayes; and her brother Donald E. Duffy. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fresquez (Joe) and Mark Hayes (Donna); her brother Robert M. Duffy II Duffy (Bernice); and her friends, Bonnie Hall, Pat Clay, Janice Osborne and Gary Childers. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the Jackson County Dog Shelter, located at 248 Reservoir Road, Jackson, Ohio.
