He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Basham (May) and Franklin Basham; and his nephew Daniel Basham. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Jeremy Basham (Kristy Ferrell) of South Webster and Stacy Hornikel (Keith) of South Webster; his siblings, Rick Basham of Wheelersburg, Joe Basham of Homestead, FL, Paul Basham of Proctorville and Linda Preston (Jim) of Minford; his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Kenzie; and his great grandchild Krue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
