He is survived by: his children, Joseph Tanner Jr. (Terry) and Jacqueline Hollins (Anthony) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Trevor, Tyrell Jackson, Mary Tanner, Jasmine Scott, Derek Scott, Chance Hollins and Sylvia Tiller; his great grandchildren, Aiden Tennant, Madelyn, Tyson Hughes and Joseph Dyas; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla, Brittany and Austin; and his siblings, Charles "Eddie" Tanner and Opal Routt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
