Kathleen (Reed) Hammond Obituary
Kathleen “Kathy” (Reed) Hammond, age 63, of Jackson, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 20th, 2021. She was born December 26th, 1957, in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late James and Hazel (Nelson) Reed.
Kathy attended Jackson High School and obtained her GED. She worked at General Mills for 43 years. She loved the outdoors, loved running her dogs, and she adored her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James Reed and Hazel Reed (Nelson); her brothers, Jimmy Reed (Chris) and Clyde Reed; and her fur baby Cookie girl.
She is survived by : her husband Gary Hammond for 50 years; her children, Chastity Mullins (Terry) and Shila Hammond; her grandsons, Connor Hammond and Landon Bentley; her siblings, Nancy Anderson, Howard Reed and Brenda Waulk (Matt); her sister-in-law Sharon Reed; and her pets, Sugar and Candy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her fur babies sugar and candy.
