He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Neer and Ruby Neer; and his brothers, Clifford, Elwood and Marion Neer.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Neer; his sons, Gary Neer (Traci), Douglas Neer (Karen) and Gregory Neer (Pamela); his grandchildren, Courtney (William), Garret, Ian, Kayla, Brenna, Andrew (Lisa), Adam (Skylar), Allison and Ashton (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Lyla and Mason Lawrance.
