He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hayth and Ida Masel Woods Hayth. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Eubanks Hayth; his sister Patricia Hayth Riffle of Londonderry; his niece Ava Hayth Mowery (Mick) of Logan, Ohio.; his grandson Justin Garrett (Colleen) of Logan; and his great grandchildren, Jase Garrett and Jovie Garrett.
