She is survived by: her children, Melody Eubanks, Tami Maynard, Scotty Adams and Shelly Hall; her grandchildren, Bobby Eubanks, Joey Mullins, Jillian Eubanks, Madi Magnafici, Sydney Adams, Ben Maynard and Noah Hall; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Martin, Zac Eubanks, Ashton Mullins, Savannah Maynard, Macie Eubanks, Liam Mullins, Paisley Maynard, Lakelyn Poindexter, Luka Mullins and Deacon Flaster.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Jackson With (28 Harding Ave, Jackson, OH 45640).
