She is survived by: her children, Charles Andrew Perkins Jr., Lori Perkins (Danny Parrack) and Kimberly Perkins (James Grueser); her grandchildren, Emily and Nick Grueser; her great grandchildren, Aubree Smith, Judy Smith and Danni McFall; her nephew Michael Malone; and her close friend Patty Hughes.
