He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Cutlip and Marian Cutlip; and his wife Ruth Joan Cutlip. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kenneth Tipton Jr. (Shirley), Jeffrey L. Tipton (Mabel) and Lisa Byler (Allen); his brother Dale Cutlip; and his sister-in-law Joyce Bentley (Jerry). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Fairmount Cemetery (12 Fairmount St, Jackson, OH 45640).
