She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Johnson; and her grandson Joseph Loftis. She is survived by: her children, Mary Lee Trammell (Dewayne), Susan Dull (Dan), Lori Lockhart (Bobby) and Greg Primerano (Dawn); her stepdaughters, Cheryl Cain and Debbie Crow; her sister Linda Sisco; and her friends, Caren and Bob Cole. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory are suggested to the church.
