He was predeceased by: his father Earlin "Bud" Costilow; his father-in-law Harold Davis; and his son Joshua Costilow. He is survived by: his mother Linda Costilow; his wife Teresa Costilow; his daughters, Anna Creamer (Derek) and Erika McNerlin (JR Neal); his grandchildren, Macen, Bentley, Benjamin, Hailey, Max, Davis and Easton; his siblings, Mark Costilow, Mitch Costilow (Cindy) and Melody Mannering (Toby); his mother-in-law Shirley Taylor; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Perry (Tom), Bryan Davis (Jill) and Mike Davis (Rebecca). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
