She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Barr; her parents, McClellan "Clell" Everett Gain and Thelma Marie Jones Gain; her siblings, Charles Everett Gain, Jack Gain and Betty McClary (Gain); and her son-in-law John Channell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Dottie Dunbar (Gain) and Barbara Lemieux (Gain); her children, Gene Barr (Patti), Melody Austin (Dennis) and Otto Barr (Camie); her grandchildren, Lee, Martha (Ty), Kimberly (Patrick), Ottie (Cynthia) and Eli (Caitlin); and her great grandchildren, Harmony, Charlotte, Joshua, Eliana and Eli Dewey Dean.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations in Norma's memory be made to the Church of Christ, 201 North Minnesota Ave. Wellston, Ohio 45692.
