She is survived by: her children, Sheila Adkins (Dorain) of Richmond, Michelle Howell (Jason) of Jackson and Rodney "Porterhouse" Tomblin of Jackson, Ohio; her grandchildren, Felicia Walls (Chris) of Oak Hill, Dorain "Buck" Adkins of Richmond, Adam Adkins of Richmond, Shane Ferris (Cheyenne) of Grove City, Destiny Tomblin (Rueben) of Chillicothe, Mason Howell of Jackson and Chance Tomblin of Jackson, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Devon Walls (Kendra), Zach Walls (Kira), Adam Dwain Adkins Jr., Dylan Adkins, Daisy Adkins, Dixie Adkins, Emily Adkins, Ethan Adkins, Grayson Hightower, Eric Hightower and Elly Mae Hightower; her great great grandchild Owen Adkins; and her sister Lizzie Marie Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
