She is survived by: her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law John Stephenson (Buzz) of Beaver; her son Larry David Creech of Lucasville; her grandchildren, Morgan Hughes (Brandon), John Eric Stephenson, Kaleb Lawson and Kelsi Pennington; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Royster, Lily, Archer Hughes and Ivy Rose Pennington; her sister Kathy Slone; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Creech, Sarah Stone and Debra Creech.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at the Adams Salisbury Cemetery. She moved into Four Winds during covid after a small stroke, and she became the bingo queen, she had treats for every child she knew from her bingo stash of prizes.
