She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Sullivan and Phyllis Jean Sullivan (Thacker); her husband Virgil Leroy Campbell; and her brothers, Wayne Eugene Sullivan and Darrel Everett Sullivan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Marie Campbell Vargo (David) of Canal Winchester and Kathy Jackson DePugh of Ray; her brother Larry Joe Sullivan of Springfield, Ohio; her sisters-in-law, Addie Faye Campbell of Lancaster and Carla Hamilton; and her niece Jessica Sullivan.
