She is survived by: her husband John Farley of Jackson, Ohio; her children, Howie Campbell of Fort Lauderdale, Joshua Closs (Angie) of McArthur, Ohio, Cheyanne Mayer (Steven) of Sidney and Brittney Closs (Parker) of Mount Gilead, Ohio; her stepchildren, Johnny Farley of Jackson, Brianna McQuaid (Jaxon) of Jackson Ohio and Thomas Farley (Madison) of Mount Alto; and her sisters, Violet Campbell of Parish and April Murphy (Rick) of Walton. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and many other family members.
