She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ruzak and Frances Ruzak (Kosar); her niece Susan Koscik; and her pet Boom. She is survived by: her sons, Joel Primack, II (Tami) and Brian Primack; her sister JoAnn Koscik; her grandchildren, Anne Hill (Austin), Meghan Lumm (Lucus), Jack Primack and Ben Primack; her great grandchildren, Madden, Scheffler Lumm, Isla and Hill; and her nephew Steve Koscik (Maria).
