He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Hayes and Cedas Hayes. He is survived by : his wife Helen (Haiduc); his children, Heather Page (Bryan) and Justin Hayes (Charlene); his grandchildren, Tyler Page, Hayden Page and Rosemarie Hayes; and his sister Sandy McCollum. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
