He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Arthur and Hattie Dillinger Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Carol Arthur; his children, Jeremy Arthur, Suzanna Arthur and Haley Parsons (Carter); his grandchildren, Morgan Arthur, Odessa Vest, Brayden Wallace, Braylee Wallace and Kaysen Parsons; his siblings, Curt Arthur, Eddie Arthur, John Arthur, Roy Arthur, Esther Rakes, Bessie Beeman, Daisy Aldridge, Pam White, Carol Fairchild, Donnie Arthur (Gene Arthur) and Dorothy Beckner; and his close friends, Mark Weaver, Jerry Walters and Steve Williams.
In lieu of flowers, donations can made towards his funeral expenses to the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home.
