He was predeceased by: his father Willis Gene. He is survived by: his wife Janice Stepp Coburn; his daughter Heather Ramsey; his grandchildren, Nathan and Lacey Ramsey; his siblings, Larry Coburn (Karen), Greg Coburn (Yelena), Mark Coburn (Marilyn) and Luann Mobley (Terry); his son-in-law Andrew Ramsey; and his uncles, James, Dennis and Gary Coburn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
