With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Erwin (Jackson, Ohio), who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Othella Graham; and her husbands, Bobby Fout, William (Bill) and Erwin. She is survived by : her sisters, Helen Graham and Brenda Leach; her children, Deb Fout, Wayne Fout (Diane), Mark Fout (Misti) and Loren Ventor; and her grandchildren, Alex Fout (Jameika Simmons), Chandler Fout (Alexis), Elizabeth Lester (Isaiah), Tim Tripp (Jennifer) and Tiffany Deck (Jeremy). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jackson County Dog Pound and TNR Cat Rescue.
