He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Hoover (Landrum); and his grandparents, James, Marion Hoover, Harry and Jessie Landrum.
He is survived by: his father Roger Hoover; his wife Mètisse Hoover (Stover) of Jackson; his children, Brittany Walters (Tim) of Chillicothe, Ohio and Tyler Hoover of Jackson; his grandsons, Braxton and Brennan Walters of Chillicothe; his siblings, Lou Ann Hoover of Jackson and Harold Hoover (Robin) of Jackson; and his mother-in-law Carolyn Stover. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and many friends.
