Rebecca Jean Kane Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Smith and Hazel Smith (Shaw); and her husband Frank J. Kane. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hoover (Robert), Karen Gmerek (Bernie) of Jackson Twp, Connie Benner (David) of Jackson Twp and James P. Kane (Barbara) of Cuyahoga Falls; her grandchildren, Denice Ryan (Tim), Rick Rodgers, Tracy Rodgers, Angela Manley (Tim), Benjamin Gmerek, Adam Benner, Timothy Benner (Christina), Ryan Kane (Hayley), Kristen Kane and Drew Kane; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Ryan, Rachael Ryan, Chase Rodgers, Casey Rodgers, Mia Rodgers, Joe Rodgers, Jordan Rodgers, Nathan Rodgers, Maurice Allen, Lincoln Benner, Lillian Jean Benner, Logan Kane, Maxwell Kane, Elijah Kane and Harper; and her siblings, James Clifford Smith of San Antonio and Helen Flickinger of Barberton, OH.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jean was a cancer survivor, therefore the family requests in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
